What does your week usually involve in regards to work?
My work week involves helping create prep lists, answering kitchen questions or concerns, keeping a watchful eye on food that is going to be served to our wonderful customers making sure that the food going out is excellent quality, stepping into the manager role when my boss needs a bit of a break, helping keep the kitchen clean and organized. So pretty much a little bit of everything.
What do you like the most about your job?
I like that every day is a little different but the best part is working with an awesome kitchen crew who have the ability to come into work every day and kick butt at what they do and laugh at the same time which makes work fun!
What do you like most about working at URSU?
I have enjoyed meeting so many new and friendly people, anytime you need help with something everyone is very willing to help out!
What are the biggest challenges or obstacles?
I would have to say the biggest challenge is stepping into a new role that I have never done before but I believe I am doing it well and love working here!
