All URSU members are asked to attend a Special General Meeting on April 12th, 2023 at 2pm via Zoom and in person. Students will need to pre-register before the meeting to participate, which will be provided with the agenda. The meeting will be both in person at the Multi Purpose Room, and via zoom
If you are a registered, student union fee-paying student at the University of Regina and its Federated Colleges (except those in ESL classes) then you are an URSU member and we want to hear from you!
The URSU Special General Meeting (SGM) will be online and, as with every AGM, URSU needs to ensure that all attendees are eligible to submit a motion or vote on an existing motion. Deadline for submitting a motion for the Special Business portion of the AGM is March 27th, 2023 at 12 am CST. Motions are to be submitted to chair@ursu.ca.
This meeting is in particular being called to complete the business remaining from the Annual General Meeting.
