Tomato Soup Casserole

Ingredients
- 1 can tomato soup
- 1 can water
- 2 cups noodles
- ½ chopped onion
- ½ chopped bell pepper
- ½ cup shredded cheese
- Protein of choice (beans, chickpeas, chicken, beef, etc.)

Cooking Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F
- In a shallow baking dish, add tomato soup, water, noodles, onion, bell pepper and protein
- Stir ingredients together
- Top with shredded cheese
- Cover and bake for 40 minutes
- Optional: take off the cover and broil for 2-3 minutes to crisp the cheese
