1 package ramen noodles
-
1 ¼ cup water
-
2 tbsp. butter or margarine
-
½ cup shredded cheese
-
Black pepper
-
Salt
-
Optional: add any vegetables of choice

Cooking Instructions
- Bring water, noodles and salt to a boil in a saucepan
- While boiling, carefully use a fork to separate the noodles
- Keep cooking until liquid has been reduced (about half) and noodles are tender
- Toss in butter
- Slowly add cheese while tossing noodles
- If the sauce is too thick, add more water 1 tbsp at a time
- Season with salt and pepper
