Moroccan Soup

Ingredients
- ½ cup lentils
- 2 cups diced vegetables of choice
- ¼ cup powdered vegetable soup base (included)
- Spice mix (included)
- 8 cups water
- Optional: freshly grated ginger
- Spice mix: 1 tsp turmeric, 1 tsp cumin, 1 tsp garlic powder, 1 tsp cinnamon, ½ tsp cayenne pepper

Cooking Instructions
- Bring 8 cups water to a boil
- Dice vegetables of choice
- Carefully add vegetables, ginger (optional), lentils, spice mix and vegetable broth to the water
- Reduce to low and let simmer for 15-20 minutes, or until lentils are tender
