Masala Mac N’ Cheese

Ingredients
- 1 cup macaroni Noodles
- ¼ cup cheese powder (included), or ¼ cup shredded cheese
- 1 cup chopped veg (your favourites)
- 3 tablespoons masala spice mix (included)
- 2 tbsp butter or oil
- 1 cup water or veg/chicken broth

Cooking Instructions
- Boil 4 cups of water in saucepan
- Once water is boiling, carefully add noodles, cook until tender
- While noodles are cooking, add 1 tbsp oil to a saucepan and saute vegetables until tender
- In a bowl, mix together cold water (or broth), cheese powder and spices, whisk well
- Add cheese mixture to saucepan with vegetables and bring to a simmer over medium heat, simmer until sauce thickens
- Strain noodles and coat with 1 tbsp oil (or butter)
- Add vegetable and sauce mixture to noodles, mix together and ENJOY!
