The biggest party on the University of Regina campus is back and people better get ready! Welcome Week, put on by the University of Regina Students’ Union, is the best time for students to let loose before school drives them crazy! With non-stop activities on the Green, tons of live local bands, and more to check out than ever before, students should start stretching their smile muscles right now.
Wednesday, the Cultural Showcase is back at the First Nations University of Canada, where we’ll present a diverse lineup of homegrown talent! Later, The Owl will be serving up a healthy helping of Trivia with a side of Karaoke and Dollar Draft (both events 19+). On Thursday, students can meet the folks that make our Student Centres a vital part of our campus community, while also enjoying some free pies at our Student Centres and Pies event.
Later on, they can try their luck at Casino Night (19+) or pop a stitch watching Lilo & Stitch at the Outdoor Movie Night. Come Friday students can recover with Yoga on the Green, then take in the fun and games at SummerFest before getting their groove on the Green at the Welcome Fest Concert!
